The Board of Directors of FFB wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval for the following at the forthcoming Thirtieth Annual General Meeting of the Company:-
- Proposed Renewal of Authority for Share Buy-Back; and
- Proposed Renewal of the Existing Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature. (Collectively referred to as “Proposals”)
