The Board of Directors of FFB wishes to announce that Mr. Mac Ngan Boon @ Mac Yin Boon has resigned as Member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company on 28 February 2018.
In replacement, Tan Sri Dato' Seri Ahmad Ramli Bin Haji Mohd Nor has been appointed as the Member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company on 28 February 2018.
The Composition of the Remuneration Committee after the above changes shall constitute as follow:-
- Tan Sri A. Razak Bin Ramli - Chairman (Senior Independent Non-Executive Director)
- Tan Sri Dato' Seri Ahmad Ramli Bin Haji Mohd Nor – Member (Independent Non-Executive Director)
- Sobri Bin Abu – Member (Independent Non-Executive Director)
