The Board of Directors of FFB wishes to announce that the Company also intends to seek shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming Twentieth Annual General Meeting for the Proposed New Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature together with the following proposals which had been announced on 11 May 2012:-
(i) Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority; and
(ii) Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature.
A Statement/Circular to Shareholders and Annual Report 2011 containing details of the abovementioned proposals will be despatched in due course.
