The Board of Directors of FFB is pleased to recommend a first and final tax exempt dividend of 30% (15 sen) per ordinary share of RM0.50 each in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2015. The declaration of the first and final tax exempt dividend is subject to the approval of the Company's shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend entitlement and payment dates will be determined by the Board of Directors at a later date. This announcement is dated 25 February 2016. |
