The Board of Directors of FFB wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval at its forthcoming Twenty-Third Annual General Meeting for the following proposals:- (i) Proposed Renewal of Authority for Share Buy-Back (ii) Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading NatureThe Statement/Circular to Shareholders which sets out details of the abovementioned proposals will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company together with the Company’s Annual Report 2014 in due course.
