Favelle Favco can very quickly provide you with complete customized lifting solutions from initial design through to commissioning and long-term management of your lifting equipment.
Our engineering and manufacturing teams and facilities can supply custom cranes for the construction, offshore, wind turbine and wharf crane sectors.
We have a long track record of meeting stringent international crane design codes as well as specific customer requirements.
It is not surprising that 11 out of 13 of the world’s tallest skyscrapers are constructed using Favelle Favco Tower cranes. Favelle Favco cranes provide superior hook speeds and hook travel distances.
Our diesel hydraulic powerpack works independently without the need of any external power source and our heavy-duty light weight steel structures provide superior load chart capacities over our competitors.
Our hydraulic powered climbing system will safely and quickly elevate the cranes to keep in line with project schedules and building sequences.
Favelle Favco supplies cranes employing the latest in Diesel Hydraulic Power Technology or alternatively fully electric drives.
Our robust designs ensure long operation with unsurpassed product life cycle. Our winches are renowned for their high speed and high reliability when this is coupled with ease of services. It is clear why they are chosen to build the world’s tallest buildings.
We are home to the World’s Largest Luffing Jib Tower Crane, the Favelle Favco M2480D, and the Western World’s Largest Tower Crane, the Kroll K10,000.
This M2480 has a boom length of 92 meters with a maximum SWL of 330 tonnes. The K10,000 has the capacity to lift 100T at 90m Radius and a SWL of 240T.
Our range of heavy-duty super lift cranes have been the ‘go to’ for mega constructions and super high rises.
Furthermore, we are comfortable building offshore cranes with capacities in excess of 1200 tonnes capacity.
Technological innovation and product development have kept us at the forefront of global lifting solutions.
The integration of Innovative technologies has given our cranes numerous safety and performance features such as load drop prevention system, multi crane anti-collision system, automatic gross overload protection, E logger system and remote crane monitoring.
Our products are constantly being developed and improved using new design and engineering technologies and software, manufacturing processes and materials.
Within our group of companies, our waterfront facilities are able to build offshore platforms, jackets, ship loaders, offshore support vessels and to build our largest offshore cranes in assembled pieces or complete roll-on-roll-off configuration.
These customers include Petronas, Exxon Mobil, Petrofac, Hyundai Engineering, Technip FMC.
