The Board of Directors of FFB wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming Twenty-Second Annual General Meeting for the following proposals:- (i) Proposed Renewal of Authority for Share Buy-Back (ii) Proposed Renewal of the Existing Shareholders’ Mandate and Proposed New Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature The Statement/Circular to Shareholders containing details of the abovementioned proposals will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company together with the Company’s Annual Report 2013 in due course.
