The Board of Directors of FFB wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming Nineteenth Annual General Meeting for the following :-

(i) Proposed renewal of share buy-back authority;
(ii) Proposed renewal of shareholders’ mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature; and
(iii) Proposed amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company.

A Statement/Circular to Shareholders and Annual Report 2010 containing details of the abovementioned proposals will be despatched in due course.
